Melanie B - City Hall Project Manager

Here in our town, we are very attentive to the environment. Public transportation in cooperation with neighbouring communities, pooling several services and infrastructures: wastewater treatment plant, street lighting, household garbage, etc. We have numerous examples. Everyone is sensitive to these issues: elected officials, city employees, residents. This is not a posture, a simple declaration of intent, no, it’s a genuine attitude that is expressed on a daily basis, in everything we do every day. So for me, using remanufactured laser cartridges, it’s only natural. And since with Armor, I found exactly the same print quality, I have changed and that changes everything…

James F: Primary School Director (Inkjet) - Great Britain

You know, a primary school, it’s a little like a business: we have a budget and we must stick to it! But this is not a reason to diminish our obligation to our students. That’s out of the question! In our establishment, the printers work every day and we have never considered reducing their use. So the equation was simple: we needed to produce the same quantity at the same quality, but for less. So we are careful: we print on the front and back, and above all we use Armor cartridges. 20% savings, is by no means trivial!

Patrice R: Purchasing Department Head at a multinational (Laser)

Our Purchasing Department manages or lists all the supplies for our 16 sites throughout the world. Just in Europe, where we directly manage purchasing for our production facilities and our head office in Paris, we are responsible for dozens of printers... and their consumables. Paper, of course, but also ink cartridges, and whether Laser or Inkjet, they represent a far from negligible line item for the year: XXX cartridges for a total of €XXXX! It was also out of the question to make the slightest concession regarding quality: our company’s image is at stake here! For our customers, but also for our partners and subsidiaries. Which is why the decision to trust Armor was obvious: significant cost reduction and maintaining high standards...

Martine C: Medical Analysis Laboratory - France

Of course, a medical laboratory is also a business, but not quite like any other: no device of any kind can be allowed to break down. It’s unthinkable! And if that happens, we need service as soon as possible so that it does not affect our service obligation towards our patients. It’s like a hospital, nothing should interfere with the quality of care. And especially not a printer or an ink cartridge: we require the same reliability as from our analytical devices. What finally decided us on Armor is their on-site service within 8 hours. For us it is a vital safety net...
